I just found out, after reading a journal entry, that one of my favorite DA artists is getting hatemail. For being too popular. For being too good. WTF? What kind of immature BS is that? "I hate you 'cause you're more popular online than I am." Grow up. Since when was being an excellent, popular artist basis for hatred? Especially online? I don't know anyone who hates Monet, VanGoghe, Mucha, daVinci, and others just because they're popular. I think people can realize how bloody stupid that sounds ("I hate Monet because he's a classic artist and I'm not! Waah!").

So how is hatemail justified to the "popular" artists on DA, or anywhere else for that matter? It's not. It's stupid. Immature. Ignorant. Unworthy. So stoppit already, go outside, and find some use for yourself in this world. Because flamers are worthless.
